Goodwill

Ok, so every once in a while, I like to go to Goodwill and see if there are any good clothes. When I was in Indianapolis, I would usually find one or two things, but here in LA, there are lots of good clothes. I just got back from there and got 2 GAP jeans and a polo, a Structure shirt, and 2 Banana Republic shirts, and a Hootie and the Blowfish CD "Cracked Rear View" all for $25. At the mall, this would have cost me at least $200.

Turk Turkleton

Ok, so tonight I was at 24 Hour Fitness where my buddy Harland Williams works out when I met Donald Faison (Turk from "Scrubs"). I introduced myself and told him that I loved "Scrubs." He shook my hand and told me thanks. Then he went into the basketball gym where he started to shoot around. So naturally, I went in there too and shot around a bit. One of the guys at the gym told me that he comes in there all the time. So, now my goal is to get into a game with him.

Ok, so the theory is that every actor who has been in a movie is connected to Kevin Bacon...

"In the game Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, players are challenged to link any actor to Kevin Bacon through roles in movies common to both. The number of such links that must be followed between an actor and Kevin Bacon is known as that actor's Bacon number. The name is derived from, and the game conceptually inspired by, a movie called Six Degrees of Separation."

Tonight I scored my first acting gig in an independent short titled "A Cruisemas Carole" and got within the 6 Degrees of Kevin Bacon.

So...I was in "A Cruisemas Carole"...


with Alanna Ubach, who was in "Meet the Fockers" with both...

Dustin Hoffman, who both were in "Sleepers"...


with Kevin Bacon.


So, my Kevin Bacon number is 3.
