Sushi
I just got back from a Sushi bar in West Hollywood called Katana. This was the first time I have ever had it. Well, I've eaten it once, but it was from Kroger, and it was disgusting. This however, was delicious. Man, oh man, was it delicious. I also had some eel...that was my favorite. Plus, it wasn't at expensive as I thought it was going to be. I don't know when I'll be going back, but I am definitely going to make it a goal to enjoy Sushi again.

Sushi is a great, great food, given that it's prepared right. Knock on wood, I've never had a bad experience.
The best sushi I ever had was at a sushi buffet in Chicago. I stuffed myself silly, and after I left, let out a big burp. Shortly after I was hungry again.
I'm not too fond of the octopus tentacles. Too rubbery and flavorless.
